I received my Real Estate license in 2001. After 7 years of assisting individuals and families as a Rental Specialist, my sister and I decided to open a new Apartment Locating and Real Estate Company in the valley; where we could provide knowledgeable and experienced agents and top quality customer service. After receiving my Broker’s license in 2008, Arizona Housing Experts was opened and continues to grow.

I was born in New York City and moved to Arizona in high school. I was a preschool teacher for several years and loved that, and then I spent many years working in customer service supervisor positions. I got my Real Estate license in 2009 shortly after my brother and I opened our apartment locating company and we work hard everyday to make sure we stand out as the best in the industry!

I have been a Rental Specialist since 2005 and I enjoy the challenge of helping my customers find their new homes. There is no situation that I can not help with, so come see me anytime and I will get you approved for your new apartment!

I was born in San Diego, Ca and moved here in middle school. I have worked mainly in the customer service industry and decided to try something new. I feel that I have chosen the perfect company and atmosphere to succeed in this business and best serve my customers. Once upon a time there was a girl with a dream. A girl who admired building structure and had a passion for real estate. Native of Minneapolis, MN, Graduate of the University of Minnesota 2002, and General Manager of a 25 year old family business. James relocated to Arizona in 2003 and obtained his Arizona Real Estate license in 2007. Since then, he has been working in many areas of Real Estate(home sales, loan modification, debt settlements,etc.).
